The 8 hour Aggressive Driving course is a Court Ordered Driver Improvement class. The State of Florida and County Courts require you to attend this special Driver Improvement Course In Person meaning in a Traditional Classroom. It can not be taken Online unless it was pre-approved in court by the Judge.
Typical reasons students are required to take the Florida Aggressive Driving Course “In Person” include:
COURSE DETAILS
Multiple traffic offenses and/or Reckless Driving Citations where the Judge feels the Driver shows signs of aggressive driving and behavior, especially where the student has completed a defensive driver improvement class online in the past.
Multiple speeding violations in a short period of time or received Citations for Street or Drag Racing
“Super Speeder” violations where the operator was at least 20 mph over the Legal Limit
Pre-trial requirement, often as a “plea bargain” where your lawyer, probation officer and/or judge enter into a pre-trial diversion agreement.
